Private Sessions are an opportunity to develop a balanced yoga practice tailored to your own individual needs. They provide a safe space for recognizing and unwinding the habitual patterns of body and mind that no longer serve you in your yoga practice or in your life. Private sessions may include yoga postures, breathing practices, meditation instructions and guided self-reflection, depending on your interests and needs. Each session is accompanied by a written practice that you can take home.
Yoga Therapy sessions are helpful for physical imbalances, injuries and chronic pain, as well as conditions related to emotional stress, anxiety and depression. These sessions follow the same format as above, but I also often work in conjunction with other healthcare practitioners (acupuncturists, chiropractors, MDs, Psychotherapists, Osteopaths, etc.) to inform and support the healing process.
Yoga for meditators is for those seeking a physical and/or energetic practice to support their sitting practice. May include yoga postures and alignment to prepare for seated meditation as well as more in-depth breathing practices.
$100/ session (one hour)
$90/ session for 4 or more
