Long before there were systems and styles of yoga, the practice was one of self-discovery and spiritual unfolding a way to deepen our connection to ourselves, each other and the world around us. Ultimately, it is through our own direct experience of these practices that we will discover what is most beneficial for us in our own lives. Janice’s interest is in sharing how the ancient teachings of yoga and meditation, when taken home, digested and integrated, can awaken the innate intelligence of the body, quiet the mind and bring us home to the heart where clarity and insight arise. |
